It gives themconsequence to provide services for the stabilization of national development and welfare state. One way that can be through among of many way that the bank has, is the credit programs for the small and medium business sectors. Problems that raised are about the process of implementation of credit for small and medium business sectors in the Sumsel Branch Bank at Pangkalpinang and the obstacles that happened and how to overcome theseobstacles. The aim that need to be achieved is to review how the implementation of credit for the small and medium business sectors and review the obstacles which occur in the implementation of credit and howto overcome them. For the research methods, this thesis is using juridist empirical approach, specification research using descriptive analytical method based on primary and secondary sources of data obtained from literature studies and field studies that will be examined with qualitative analysis. Implementation begins with a credit loan that will be analyzed by the bank with the levels set out in the Bank's Credit Guide Book of Sumsel Branch Bank at Pangkalpinang namely data collecting, data verification, analyze and reports the financing report and other aspects of the industry, financing projection analysis, credit facility structure and basic need of finance evaluation which will be the basis for the bank to accept or reject. The obstacles that arise is credit jammed that can be solved by rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring and guarantee seizure by the bank.Suggestions that can be given is help by the law practitioner for the community to know about the complicated curve of credit. Also the role of government to propagate guidance about how credit is allocated for small and medium entrepreneurs in the development and enhancement of people's economy.
