Abstract

Many major government agencies use information technology to support operational and administrative processes, especially government agencies who have a high level of complexity in the operational process work. One of the problems that often arise in which a lack of governance institutions to apply information technology is that the failure to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in all operational and administrative activities.
