| dc.description.abstract | This study was carried out to provide information services and to improve performance in the
field of data processing personnel to be more effective, fast, accurate and efficient and minimizes errors
arising in the employment system at the Immigration Office environment Pangkalpinang Bangka Belitung
Province.
The purpose of this study is to obtain the actual data that can be found on the vulnerabilities of
the old system, then repaired using the new system. Analysis used in building a new system is to use
object-oriented methods with software tools software UML (Unified Modeling Language), direct
observation, and interviews to the relevant parties.
From the analysis and design which has been made is the need for a computerized system so that
the system can be done with good employment and staffing data processing in accordance with the rules
