| dc.description.abstract | The Tuatunu Indah Village Office, Gerunggang District, is an office that carries out several activities to carry out government activities, such as population services to the community. In focusing on the existing problems and so as not to deviate from the subject matter, in this thesis the limitation of the problem to be discussed is the population administration process. The problems that occur in the Tuataunu Indah Village office, Gerunggang District, are processing population data which is still being carried out manually, causing various problems, such as delays in presenting reports to the leadership, poor data storage resulting in wastage of time in data grouping, lack of assurance of data accuracy and the possibility of recording errors in services to residents. The purpose of writing in this thesis is expected to help the Tuatunu Indah Village Office, Gerunggang District, in improving the existing system with the hope that the processing and presentation of population administration information that has been done manually can be facilitated by the creation of a website-based computerized information system design.
System development is carried out using object-oriented and structural methods combined with the Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) model and using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools to represent the system design graphically.
The conclusion of this research is that this website-based population service information system can facilitate population service activities at the Tuatunu Indah Village office, Gerunggang District which will produce output in the form of information regarding making birth certificates, death certificates, application letters for making family cards, making transfer letters. souls (coming or leaving), and making a population data collection report. | en_US |
