APLIKASI BANK ARSIP UNTUK PENGELOLAAN SURAT MASUK DAN SURAT KELUAR BERBASIS ANDROID PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN AIR GEGAS

Abstract

Air gegas sub-district is a government agency located in the South Bangka regency of Bangka Belitung islands. The planning department of the subdistrict office is responsible for managing administrative tasks such as incoming and outgoing mail. Unfortunately, the process of managing documents is still carried out by recording letter data in books and storing documents in storage cabinets by sub-district employees without any backup or backup of original data and also the process is also long. This research aims to make a safe, easy, and fast system for managing and storing incoming and outgoing mail. The author made observations to the Air Gegas sub-district office to collect the necessary data and know the process of managing incoming and outgoing mail. System development using prototype models, object-oriented programming methods and system modeling tools using the Unified Modelling Language. This research resulted in an archive bank application for the management of incoming and outgoing mail based on android.
