Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology today, including one of them is a smartphone / mobile device. The development of mobile device technology requires the business world to be able to use technology as a means of supporting business processes, one of which is the motorbike rental business. Vespa motorbike rental is an entrepreneur engaged in the transportation of motorbike rental services. Currently, the Vespa motorbike rental system in bengkel vespa gembel elite still uses the conventional method, namely ordering by telephone or coming directly to the Vespa motorbike rental. work tools for customer data collection and motorcycle lists only use notebooks.
