APLIKASI PELAYANAN JASA PADA LAUNDRY BERBASIS ANDROID DI BISNIS LAUNDRY BTP

Abstract

With the passage of time with the rapid development of technology in the midst of society, the use of Android plays an important role from various fields that support each other in aspects of life. With Android, ordering a service will be faster and of course on time. The problem with Laundry BTP is that the laundry service ordering system can't be used online or it has to come to its place in other words, it's still manual. Which can cause the laundry to be a bit difficult to serve customers. The purpose of making this report is to implement the system as a solution that provides time efficiency and work effectiveness in ordering android-based clothes laundry. Which is where Android Studio is the basic component, the database uses MySQL, and the application design is made using Corel Draw. The method used in making the Laundry BTP application is Prototype. The service application for android-based laundry services to improve services in the Laundry BTP business produces an application and web admin that makes it easier for clothes laundry parties and where they can find out online orders, and also assist customers in ordering laundry services using their Android devices.
